The same module from the partner's side: where they find it, how the lessons play, and what happens when they pass the quiz. Useful before you send your first module, and for answering a partner's question about it.
A partner opens Training in your portal and sees every module shared with them, each with their own progress: how many of its steps they have completed. On the same page, My certificates lists any certifications they already hold.
Opening a module shows its lessons in order, which one is next and a single button that says what happens: Start Lesson, Resume Lesson, Take Quiz or Retake Quiz. The Organisation Progress tab shows how the rest of their team is getting on with the same module.
Lessons open in a full-screen player that shows which step they are on and how many there are. View module outline jumps between the lessons they have unlocked; the next one opens only once the one before it is complete.
For video links and web pages, Mark complete unlocks after a short time on the step and counts down until it does. That keeps a completion meaning someone actually opened the material.
After the last lesson the player says so and offers the quiz, or a way back to review the lessons first.
The quiz shows how many questions there are, the pass mark and which attempt this is, with a count of how many they have answered. They submit with Complete and see the result straight away: passed or failed, against the pass mark.
If every attempt asks the same questions, the results include a review of each answer. If questions are drawn at random, the review is left out so the next attempt is still a fair test.
When the module is a certification, passing issues a numbered certificate in their name, ready to download as a PDF. It shows the certificate number, when it was issued, when it is valid until, and that it was issued by you.
No. Organisation Progress shows the people in their own organisation only.
No. Progress saves as each step is completed, and the module's button changes from Start Lesson to Resume Lesson so they pick up where they stopped.
Yes. Completed lessons stay open to review at any time, including from the screen that leads into the quiz.
They see their score against the pass mark and can retake it, up to three attempts in total. After the last attempt the quiz shows that the maximum has been reached.
Under My certificates on their Training page: every certification they hold, which vendor issued it, when it is valid until, and a download link for the PDF.
From 30 days before it expires, the module tells them how many days are left and offers Retake quiz to renew. They also get a reminder in Airstride and by email.
We will walk a module through from both sides on the call: the one you build and the one your partners take.
