Privacy Policy

Last updated: 17 June 2026

Airstride Ltd (“Airstride”, “we”, “us”) provides the partner revenue growth platform at airstride.ai and app.airstride.ai. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers our website, the Airstride application, and the Airstride MCP connector.

Who we are

Airstride is a company based in London, United Kingdom. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, contact us at privacy@airstride.ai. Where we process personal data on behalf of a customer, that customer is the controller and we act as their processor under our data processing agreement.

Information we collect

  • Account information. Name, work email, role, and organisation details when you or your admin create an account.
  • Partner and pipeline data. The partner, deal, account, and mapping records you and your team add to Airstride, including data synced from connected CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Attio.
  • Usage data. Log and device information, pages and features used, and audit records of actions taken in the platform.
  • Communications. Messages you send us, demo requests, and support enquiries.
  • Cookies. Essential cookies to run the site and app, and analytics cookies to understand usage. See the Cookies section below.

How we use your data

  • To provide, secure, and improve the platform and website.
  • To authenticate users, enforce role-based permissions, and keep an audit trail.
  • To sync data with the integrations you choose to connect, in the direction you configure.
  • To respond to support requests and send service communications.
  • To meet legal, accounting, and security obligations, and to detect and prevent abuse.

We rely on the lawful bases of contract performance, our legitimate interests in running and securing the service, your consent where required (for example, non-essential cookies), and compliance with legal obligations.

AI assistants and the MCP connector

The Airstride MCP connector lets you access your Airstride data from an AI assistant such as Claude. When you connect an assistant:

  • Each user authenticates through OAuth 2.1 and every request runs under that user's own Airstride role. The assistant can only access data the user could already see in the app.
  • Data is returned in response to specific queries, one request at a time. There is no bulk export through the connector.
  • Actions that change data are drafted for a human to approve before they run, and every call is recorded in the audit log.
  • We do not use your data to train third-party AI models. Content you send to a third-party assistant is also subject to that provider's own privacy terms.

How we share data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

  • Service providers (subprocessors) who host and support the platform, such as cloud infrastructure, analytics, and communications providers, under contracts that require appropriate safeguards.
  • Integrations you connect, such as your CRM or chat tools, to sync data as you configure.
  • Authorities or advisers where required by law, or to protect our rights, users, and the security of the service.
  • A successor in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

Data retention

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. When a customer ends their subscription, we delete or return customer data in line with our agreement, except where we must retain limited records to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.

Security

We protect data with encryption in transit and at rest, tenant isolation, role-based access controls, and regular third-party testing. Read more on our Security & Trust page.

International transfers

We may process data in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal data outside the UK or EEA, we use appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, contact privacy@airstride.ai. If you are an end user of a customer's Airstride workspace, we may direct your request to that customer. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority, such as the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to run the website and application, and analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings or any cookie controls we provide.

Children

Airstride is a business product and is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the service.
