The Partners tab on the Training page answers one question: who can sell, who is stuck and who has not started. Read the counts, check what each partner has already been sent, and email a reminder to the ones who are overdue.
Open Training and choose the Partners tab. Under the heading Partner readiness, four counts add up your partners: Certified to sell, On track, Stalled and Not started. A popover, How readiness is worked out, spells the rules out in the product. In short:
Click a count to list only those partners. A banner reads Showing, followed by the status. Click the count again, or choose Clear filter, to see everyone.
The list puts the partners who need you first: Stalled, with the most days overdue at the top, then On track by earliest due date, then Not started, then Certified. Each row shows progress as a number done out of the total, and either the next due date, how many days overdue it is, or No due date. The list shows 25 partners a page.
Select a partner to open the Chase onboarding panel. At the top it states the rule: for partners on a journey, Airstride emails a reminder up to 3 days before a step is due, then an overdue notice for up to 2 days after.
Below the rule is that partner's reminder history. Journey reminders are marked Sent, Waiting, Next or Not reached yet, so you can see what has gone and what is still to come. Reminders you sent by hand appear in the same list, labelled Manual reminder. If none have run, the panel says so.
Press Nudge on a row and the button reads Sending… and then Sent ✓. Airstride emails a reminder about the overdue module to every member of that partner organisation who has an account email. A toast tells you the result, for example “Reminder emailed to 4 people at Kestrel Partners”, and adds how many people were skipped when some addresses were not emailed.
A partner can be nudged once per module every 24 hours. Press Nudge again inside that window and the second reminder is refused with “Reminder already sent in the last 24 hours.” and the time the first one went out. Nudge only works while the partner is overdue. If it has caught up in the meantime, you are told it is no longer overdue.
If nobody at the partner can be emailed, the toast says no one is there to remind and asks you to invite a partner member first.
Certified to sell wins, then Stalled, then Not started, then On track. A partner that finished one module but is overdue on another shows as Stalled, because the overdue module is the one that needs attention.
Every member of that partner organisation who has an account email. The email is a reminder about the overdue module.
A partner can be nudged once per module every 24 hours, so a second press shows "Reminder already sent in the last 24 hours." with the time the first one went out. It protects partners from getting the same email twice.
Nudge is for partners that are overdue. If a partner has caught up since you loaded the list, pressing it tells you "This partner is no longer overdue." Partners who are on track, not started or certified have nothing to chase.
Some addresses were not emailed, for example because the person has unsubscribed. The rest still received the reminder.
The message says "No one to remind at this partner" and suggests you invite a partner member first.
Yes. The filter, the tab, the selected partner and the page are kept in the address, so a colleague with access lands on the same view, and Back and reload work as you would expect.
Partner Progress shows one module at a time. The Partners tab on the Training page shows readiness across every module assigned to each partner, with a Nudge button.
We will assign a module to a segment of your partners on the call and show you the readiness view as they start to move.
