The partner activation agent answers partners' questions about your product, pricing and program from your own material. Give it your website or a one-pager, fill the gaps, test it, and publish.
Open Partner Activation Agent from the Partners group in the navigation. Setup is the first of three steps: add sources, refine answers, test answers. Start with what you already have. Paste the link to your product page, which is filled in from your company website when we have it, or upload a one-pager as a PDF or DOCX file.
Choose Start extraction. Airstride reads the content and sorts what it finds into eight categories:
When extraction is complete, continue to review. If a link cannot be reached or a file has no readable text, the screen tells you which, and you can try another source.
Review shows how many sections were extracted from your website. The ones it could not find sit under We couldn't find these, each as a required card with a box for the answer your partners should see. Type it and choose Save. Each answer is marked Extracted, Manual or Needs review, and you can add your own question and answer for anything else a partner should know.
Then open the preview. It shows what your partners will see: a chat headed with your company name. Ask it the questions your partners ask. When you are happy, choose Publish Partner Activation Agent and confirm. You need at least one answer to publish, and you can keep editing afterwards.
Partners find the agent on their dashboard and under Partner Activation Agent in the navigation. They ask in plain language, and can start from suggestions such as “What's your ICP?”. A partner who has not yet been linked to a vendor sees a short note saying so.
Answers come from what you have given it: your knowledge bank, the content library files shared with that partner, and your published training. Sources name the library documents used. When there is nothing on a topic, it says your vendor hasn't shared anything on this yet and points the partner to their partner manager. Chat history is kept on the page under Recent.
A link to your product website, or a PDF or DOCX one-pager. Files can be up to 100 MB each, and you can add up to 20 at a time. Pages behind a login or marked private cannot be read.
The Review step lists those sections under We couldn't find these, marked required, each with a box for the answer your partners should see. You can also add your own question and answer under Anything else your partner should know.
You need at least one answer before you can publish. Partners only get answers from what you have supplied, so the more of the eight categories you complete, the more the agent can say.
Airstride warns you when the content is not on your company's domain. The preview then shows a notice that the content may not be yours, and to publish anyway you must confirm that you understand it is not from your company's domain.
Yes. Publishing makes the agent available to your partners and you can keep editing entries afterwards. Review answers and sources takes you back to the Review step.
From your knowledge bank first, then the files in your content librarythat are shared with that partner, your published training modules, and the partner's own registered deals. Sources name the library documents it used. If your vendor has not shared anything on a topic, it says so and suggests asking the partner manager.
Yes. Once the agent is live, a What partners are asking panel shows the most-asked questions, and the content gaps: questions the agent could not answer from your material, so you know what to add.
It can draft a first-touch email in the chat. It does not send or save anything.
Bring your website or a one-pager. We will load the agent with you on the call and ask it the questions your partners ask.
