Keep It in Drive. Share It From Airstride.
Pick the Google Drive folders your partner collateral already lives in. Airstride mirrors them into the Content Library and keeps them in step as your team edits in Drive.
Why we built this
Your sales decks, battlecards and price sheets are already in Google Drive, and that is where your team keeps editing them. Uploading copies into a partner portal means two versions of every file, and the portal copy is out of date the first time someone fixes a slide.
Now the Content Library can mirror the Drive folders themselves. You never start from an empty library: choose the folders once and the files arrive. When a file changes in Drive, Airstride picks up the change through Drive’s own change notifications and updates the library copy.
Drive stays the source, the library stays current
Mirrored folders follow Drive, stay under your control, and tell you what they are doing.
Mirror whole folders, subfolders included
Choose up to 10 Drive folders in one mirror and Airstride brings across their files and subfolders, up to five levels deep, then tells you when each folder is ready and which files could not be brought across.
Changes in Drive flow in on their own
Renames, moves, new files and deletions in Drive reach the library automatically, and mirrored items are read-only in Airstride, so an edit is never made in the wrong place and lost on the next sync.
You decide which partners see it
A mirrored folder is shared with nobody until you set its access, and each folder shows whether its sync is live, paused or stopped.
How do you mirror a Drive folder?
Connect Google Drive from App Centre first. Airstride only reads the folders you select.
Start a mirror
Open the Content Library, choose Mirror a source and pick Google Drive.
Content Library → Mirror a sourceChoose your folders
Tick the Drive folders to mirror, review the selection and confirm. Each folder appears in the library while its files load.
Folders → ReviewShare and manage
Set which partners can see each mirrored folder. The person who set up the mirror or an admin can stop syncing from the folder menu, and a teammate can take it over if the owner leaves.
