Account Executive (UK)

The role in one line

You own UK and European new business, selling Airstride to partnership and revenue leaders at B2B SaaS companies who are running their partner program on a spreadsheet or on software built for someone else's CRM.

London, UKFull timeRemote1 day a month in office£65,000 to £85,000

Remote. The whole team spends one day a month together in the London office, and that is the only day anyone is expected in.

This role pays £65,000 to £85,000 base, with on-target earnings of £130,000 to £170,000. The range is the range: we do not hold back a band and we do not expect you to negotiate against yourself.

Airstride is the modern PRM for modern CRMs. The category has been built around Salesforce and HubSpot for fifteen years, and the revenue teams starting partner programs today are on Attio, folk and Zoho. That gap is the sale.

You run the full cycle: sourcing, discovery, demo, security review, close. Deals here are usually decided by a partnerships leader who has already been through one painful PRM implementation, so the demo does most of the work.

You will not be handed a playbook to follow. You will be handed a position that is genuinely different from every competitor's, and asked to help work out how it sells.

What you will do

  • Own new business across the UK and Europe, from first touch to signature.
  • Source your own pipeline alongside what marketing and partnerships send you.
  • Run discovery that gets to the real state of the customer's partner program, not the one on the org chart.
  • Demo the product yourself, including the CRM connection, because that is the moment the sale turns.
  • Work security reviews and procurement without stalling the deal.
  • Feed what you hear in the market back to product and marketing, specifically and often.

What we are looking for

  • You have closed B2B SaaS new business as an individual contributor and hit your number doing it.
  • You can run a technical demo without a sales engineer holding your hand.
  • You are comfortable selling into a category where the buyer may not know our name yet.
  • You are genuinely curious about how partner programs work, because your buyers live in them.
  • You prospect. Inbound alone will not fill this pipeline.

Nice to have

  • You have sold to partnerships, RevOps or channel teams.
  • You have worked at an early-stage company where the process was still being written.
  • You know the modern CRM landscape from the inside.

Who are you selling to?

Partnership leaders and revenue leaders at B2B SaaS companies, usually somewhere between their first partner hire and their first fifty partners. They are on Attio, folk, Zoho, HubSpot or Salesforce, and they are running the program out of a spreadsheet or out of a tool that treats their CRM as an afterthought.

They are not hard to find and they are not hard to interest. They are hard to convince that a migration will not eat their quarter, which is why we do the migration for them.

How we hire

The same process for every role, published so you know what you are walking into.

  1. Application

You send the form on the role page. Every application is read by a person, and you get an answer either way.

  2. Intro call

A conversation with someone on the team about what you have done and what you want next. This is also your chance to work out whether you want the job.

  3. The practical

A working session on a real problem from the role, done together rather than set as homework. No take-home tests you never hear back about.

  4. Meet the team

You talk to the people you would work with, including a founder. We answer anything you want to ask about the company, the numbers and the plan.

  5. Offer

If it is a yes from both sides, we make an offer and explain how we arrived at it.
