Capture sits beside your systems, never inside the order path. Disable the account and the automation stops.
Capture connects through its own integration user, with the permissions you choose. Read access is enough to run. If you want registration status, the vendor's reference and the expiry to appear on the opportunity, give it Edit on those fields. It never needs Delete and never removes anything.
Nothing is read or written unless an admin has mapped it. Whatever you keep behind field-level security stays invisible to Capture. The only thing it looks at unprompted is the list of field names and types, so the admin has something to pick from.
To register a deal it looks for the vendor, the deal type, the close date, the currency and the products with their quantities. If one is missing, the deal is flagged with the reason rather than guessed at. The fields a vendor needs can differ from one vendor to the next and the mapping follows.
Capture works on the opportunities your sellers already create. It updates records by their own ID and never creates a duplicate. Creating accounts, contacts or opportunities is off unless you turn it on. If you do, you set the matching rules and existing records are never overwritten.
When your CRM refuses a write, because of a validation rule, a required field or a duplicate rule, the admin gets an email and sees the CRM's own message against the deal in Capture, fixes the cause and retries.
By API where the vendor provides one. Otherwise through a dedicated address on your own domain, one per portal, that you create and control. It is never a copy of a person's account. Multi-factor codes go to that address. Every submission appears under that account, separate from anything a person did. Vendor replies to that address are forwarded to the deal owner.
You hold the credentials. We never see your personal passwords or your password manager.
TLS 1.2 or above in transit, AES-256 at rest. Tenant-isolated, with keys managed and rotated in AWS KMS. EU data residency available. Independent third-party penetration testing. Where you would rather our team could not see your deal data at all, Capture can run with your data flowing to the vendors without our staff having access to your instance.
You own your data throughout and can export it at any time. When you leave you receive a full export, it is removed from production within 30 days and from backups within 90, and we confirm the deletion in writing.
Each page answers one question buyers ask, so you can send it to whoever needs it.
