You can give a copilot a vendor's programme document and a deal export and it will tell you which deals look like they qualified. That is a useful check. It is not the same job.
A copilot produces an answer when a person asks a question. Someone exports the deals, finds the current programme rules, uploads both, reads the result and then logs into the portal to register the deals it found. Every step is a person's time and every step can slip.
Capture does the whole loop without a prompt. It reads the CRM continuously, tests every deal against the current rules, registers the qualifying ones, follows each registration through, files the claim and matches the payment. Nobody has to remember to run it.
A copilot knows the programme you gave it on the day you gave it. Vendor programmes change through the year and the changes arrive by email, PDF and portal update. Capture monitors those sources for every vendor you work with and re-tests open deals when a rule moves. The rule set is the product, not the prompt.
Connecting a copilot to one vendor portal is doable. Connecting it to every portal you register in, each with its own login, form and multi-factor authentication, and keeping those connections working, is the work. Capture already does this through APIs where they exist and through a controlled login on your domain where they do not.
A copilot analysis is a snapshot. It tells you what happened last quarter. Capture runs on every deal as it is created, so a deal that is one licence short is caught while the quote can still change and a registration about to lapse is caught before it does. Most vendors do not allow a deal to be registered after the fact, so a snapshot cannot recover what it finds.
When a payment does not match, you need the deal, the rule that applied and the rate in force when it closed, in a form a vendor's channel team will accept. Capture produces that pack for every gap. A copilot produces a paragraph.
Run our analysis through a copilot and check our numbers. We are happy with that. Then let Capture do the registering.
Each page answers one question buyers ask, so you can send it to whoever needs it.
