Registration without the reminders

You already make sure deals are in the CRM. Capture takes it from there: maps each deal to the vendor's form, registers it, follows it through and writes the status back. No nudging sellers to log into portals.

01

What it does

Reads the CRM, maps to each vendor's form

Your fields, your deal stages, your triggers. Mapping can differ by vendor. If a deal is missing something a portal needs, the owner gets one question, not a form.

Status, reference and expiry written back

Optional, on the fields you choose, so sellers see registration status where they already work. Or keep the CRM read-only and let Capture hold the status.

One controlled account per portal

No shared passwords in a vault, no personal accounts doing the company's registrations. Vendor replies reach the deal owner.

Modes per team and per vendor

Fully automatic, released by a person or assist only. Change them whenever you like.

Errors you can see

If the CRM rejects a write, you get the CRM's own message against the deal and retry from Capture.

02

Who owns Capture

Usually sales ops or RevOps, sometimes the vendor and alliances function. Owning it means the reports come to you and you set the modes. There is no daily operation. The automation runs on every deal whether anyone logs in or not; people open Capture for the monthly report, a QBR, a budget conversation or a dispute.
